Refund Policy

Last updated: June 2026. We want every GiftPraise to feel like a great experience. Here's exactly how refunds work.

Platform fees

The platform fee for creating a GiftPraise is refundable in full if you request a refund within 14 days of purchase and the GiftPraise has not yet been delivered to the recipient. Once the GiftPraise has been delivered, the platform fee is non-refundable as the service has been provided.

Money pot contributions

Individual contributors can request a refund of their contribution at any point before the money pot has been paid out to the organiser or recipient. After payout, we cannot reverse the contribution.

Organisers can cancel an entire money pot before payout, in which case all contributors will be refunded automatically. Payment processing fees may not always be recoverable from our payment provider and will be disclosed at the time of refund.

Digital gift cards

Digital gift cards are non-refundable once they have been issued or redeemed, in line with the gift card issuer's own terms. If a gift card has not yet been issued, we will refund it in full.

How to request a refund

Email [email protected] with your GiftPraise link and the reason for your request. We aim to process eligible refunds within 5 working days.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a UK consumer.
