• Gift content - messages, photos, voice notes and video messages you choose to upload.
• Payment metadata - transaction amounts, dates and status. We do not store full card details; these are handled by our PCI DSS-compliant payment provider.
• Technical data - basic logs, device and browser information needed to keep the service running and secure.

How we use it

• To deliver the GiftPraise to the intended recipient.
• To process payments and contributions.
• To provide customer support.
• To comply with our legal obligations.

Sharing

We share data only with the providers we need to run the service - for example, our payment processor and hosting provider - and only the minimum necessary. We never sell your data.

Retention

We keep gift content for as long as the GiftPraise is active, plus a short period afterwards in case of disputes. You can request deletion at any time.
